Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration for the permission and privilege to engage in activities on properties owned by or leased to the Center for Sustainable Stewardship (CSS), Big East Fork Farms (BEFF), and property owner(s) (PO), I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSS, BEFF, and PO from any suits, costs, damages, or loss while engaged in activities on property owned by CSS, BEFF, or PO.  Activities include fishing, bicycling, boating, hiking (including potential exposure to burrow holes, snakes bites, insect stings, poisonous plants), or any other activity on properties leased or owned by CSS, BEFF, or PO. Activities include, but are not limited to, transportation to and from points of access and use of grounds, parking areas, and/or other facilities or use of recreational equipment. I also waive any claims for injuries or claims of any nature whatsoever including drowning to, or by me, or anyone brought by me upon the above properties for any purpose and also hereby release CSS, BEFF, and PO from liability from all such claims even if such claims arise from the negligent acts of CSS, BEFF or PO.
