CSS Regenerative Farming

CSS partners with experienced regenerative farmers to learn, cultivate, wonder, and connect. It is a place to follow our passion of celebrating the good earth with our families and sharing this passion with our community. We grow 100% organic produce and raise animals in a sustainable/regenerative system that works with the rhythms of nature. Our mission is to connect people to the land beneath our feet, and create future Stewards for surrounding communities, whether on the other side of Backbone Ridge or the other side of the continent.

We plan to partner with other organizations to provide farmland and support young farmers. Our goal is to grow healthy food and provide access to under resourced communities. How can we work together to ensure an equitable food system? With your support we will provide young farmers with education in regenerative agricultural practices and farm management, including the emerging technology that will help their businesses thrive.

PRODUCE DISTRIBUTION PLAN:

Center for Sustainable Stewardship members will be able to pick up their monthly share at the Farm Store (5400 Big East Fork Rd) between the hours of 9-12 on the last Saturdays of May through September.
- Non-members will be able to visit the Farm Store during these hours and purchase produce not set aside for members.
We will support other local organizations to grow and distribute healthy produce from the East Fork watershed.
